Do I have to live in a particular location to use your services?
Will the assessment be provided by a licensed health professional?
What does verbally fluent mean?
Is there a waitlist for your services?
As there is a shortage of qualified providers who can conduct thorough autism assessments, we do at times have to keep a waitlist. Currently, we can schedule assessments within 2 to 7 months from the date of your initial enquiry, depending on the type of assessment.
How does payment work?
Once you decide to seek an assessment with us, we will send you an invite to create a private profile through our private, encrypted practice management portal. You will be asked to provide credit card details that will be saved to your profile, which is a requirement for booking appointments. When you are ready to begin the process, we will send you the initial paperwork, forms, and questionnaires. Half of the balance will be charged on the day of your first assessment appointment, and the other half will be charged at the conclusion of the assessment, when we provide feedback and/or the report.
